Brief Job Description  


We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our company. You will be tasked with constant seeking for senior management level candidates.  

Responsibilities  :

  • Search for highly qualified candidates in various open sources (specialized websites, social networks, recruiting agencies, and other sources);
  • Search and select solutions at the managerial level (highest level);
  • Study the labor market and search for the most effective human resources;
  • Expand your network and actively enlarge the research;
  • Directly interact with the founders of the company on the selection and filling top vacancies;
  • Prepare and analyse the company's annual budget for recruitment;
  • Forecast the need for hiring staff based on business growth plans;

Requirements and Skills :

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a leading software company with an excellent bar of engineering talent;
  • Understanding of all methods and techniques of staff selection,; including search methods and tools (g. social media);
  • Proven experience in identifying and attracting top- level candidates;
  • Proven work experience as a senior recruiting manager or in a similar position in various technology companies;
  • Experience in IT and gamedev;
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to establish long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates);
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field;
  • Fluency in English (B2+/Upper-Intermediate+)
