Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieving sales KPIs while selling ERP.aero’s products and services to new and existing customers
- Maintain and grow customer pipeline, while working closely with lead generators
- Conducting Product Demonstrations
- Developing Long Term Relationships with Customers
- Serving as Main Point of Contact for Onboarded Customers, overseeing training and support
- Hire and lead sales team, ensuring achievement of sales KPIs
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer Service Skills - understanding the customers’ requirements throughout products life cycle
- People skills – ability to effectively communicate with C-Level Execs from Mid-Market sized companies
- Self-confidence - a trustworthy and confident personality
- Networking – utilizing personal and company network to grow pipeline of prospective customers
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of previous sales experience in Aviation ERP Software Industry is required
- Thorough understanding of Aviation Aftermarket Support business processes preferred
- Previous experience operating Aviation ERP Software is preferred
- Previous experience selling SaaS products is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills, technology, and techniques
