Project management and methodology are an essential and integral part of services XIM offers its clients. Depending on the project type – custom software development, integration or maintenance each project is accompanied by either:

• A Statement of Work (SOW) or
  
• Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  
• Special attention is paid to Change Control and Change Management, which are defined in the above-mentioned documents.
  
• A project extranet is utilized for all client communications
  
• XIM technical project managers are first and foremost engineers but have a significant experience and training in PMI-based methodology, as well as various types of SDLC and integration methods
