XIM puts great effort into recruiting the best-qualified and most experienced engineers in the IT business. The average experience of our engineers is more then seven years. However, we are also proud to say that we have employees who have over twenty years experience starting back at government agencies from Soviet times. Recognizing that the IT industry has been one of the fastest changing industries in the past few years, we have recruited professionals who not only have several years of experience and master a wide range of skills, but have also demonstrated a strong will to continue to learn and adapt.
We have also been fortunate to establish excellent relationships with the best technical universities in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, and Nizhnij Novgorod, from which we draw outstanding talent from computer majors to Ph.D. holders.
PROJECT MANAGERS

Our project management staff has extensive technical experience in IT and software development. XIM employs project managers with MBA degrees who have worked for Fortune 500 companies, who have managed projects with budgets in excess of $25M and staff in excess of 250 engineers, as well as those with years of experience leading rollouts of popular software products in technology startups.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION

XIM provides employees with ongoing career development training as part of our management by objectives system. We require that our employees set goals for themselves, which include a minimum number of hours of formal training per quarter. XIM employees meet with their direct superiors quarterly for the purpose of establishing training objectives. Thereafter, each employee is expected to demonstrate the skills learned through testing at the conclusion of each training course. Our training is conducted in-house by certified professionals, as well as at local universities and online. The range of subjects includes technical skills and soft skills (Project Management, English for technical professionals, etc.).
