Programmers define the project’s scope, detect crucial problems, describe the old architecture; they make project proposal, plan and requirement documents
At this phase we create detailed system development schema, project plan, provide hardware - and system architecture and QA plan
This stage of project implementation refers to modules coding, unit testing, system and test case development.
We make test cases running, fix bugs, review change request and update design document
We verify acceptance requirements, fix bugs again, provide user training, create user manuals and write installation or release notes
Time and Material Outsourcing
If there are some additional change requests in the middle of the development of the project or if you need to start the development immediately, but you have not created a whole set of project requirements, this approach is what you need to do not exceed the limit of budget and time.
