Engineering Talent
XIM puts immense effort into recruiting the best-trained and most experienced staff in the IT business. We are over 100 employees who are experienced project managers, qualified software developers, competent QA engineers, talented graphic and art designers, skilful economists and marketers. We are also proud to say that we have 3 Ph.D. in our team. According to the fact that the IT industry changes and moves at the speed of light, the main task while recruiting professionals is to select not only masters of a wide range of skills and with several years of experience but also those who display an eager to adapt and go on learning.
Project Managers
Highly experienced in IT and software development project management staff is our main target. Only an extremely responsible person is a member of our team who accomplishes the stated project objectives. XIM employs project managers with academic degrees, with years of experience leading rollouts of popular software products in technology startups.
Training and Education
XIM provides employees with a number of opportunities for ongoing career development training. Developing our staff with well-organized help and advice with learning the job requires that our employees lay down an aim for themselves. XIM staff meets with their direct supervisors quarterly for the main point of establishing training objectives. The number of subjects involves technical skills and soft skills (Project Management, Soft Development, the English language for technical professionals, etc.). Later, each employee is expected to display the skills learned through testing as the result of each training course. Our training is guided both in-house by certified professionals and at local universities. What is more, XIM, Inc. cooperates with universities where our best-experienced engineers conduct lectures and later those students, who are interested, are interviewed and taken on.
